Been to Ninja Jones at Mid Valley yesterday. It is kinda tricky to find the place, North point is another building opposite of Mid Valley North Court, and tell you what~ a lot of nice restaurant there...
Reach there quite early, before 7pm, there is no receptionist at the main entrance, well, i didn't see the red buttons to open the door.... I didn't know the concept of Japanese Ninja's... I waited outside the main door for about 5 mins, and at last saw the red button, at first i thought it was some kind of intercom... no answer after the first press, and i press again and the door automatically open... wow~~ i was shock~!!! (Ya, must be laughing that i am suaku)
Have to walk through the pathway (Short one) with japanese gardens decor on both side before you can see anyone.. Oh, i saw the ninja, (the waiter dressed in Ninja costume)
Me with the Ninja
At first, we were brought to the tables up stair, but after some great reccomendations, we decided to choose the " Meals & Entertainments" teppanyaki set, we then transfer our seats to the teppanyaki table..
The teppanyaki table
We ordered the lobster teppanyaki set, while waiting for it, we ordered some appetizer, BB ordered a sashimi & also our favourite, Grill IKa (Squid).

It was served on a hot sizzling plate, the portion is actually larger, we ate some before i realise to take photo...  Only RM15 for this griled IKA, the sashimi, i dunno what fish is it, should be tuna, red fish meat... couldn't remember the price as i am not the one placing the order, should be RM50+..
We ordered the teppanyaki set for 2 pax, cost RM188++ per sets. It takes sometime for the chef to make preparation for the ingredient..  We were served the chawanmushi and salads in sour raddish dressings as our starter
The first main course is the teppanyaki lobster, the sets only serve 1/2 lobster for 2 pax, but it is tasty, the chef (I dunno his name as he just introduce to my bb) is a very humorous and friendly guy, he talk to us a lot even when he is making the dishes.

Lobster meats were grilled on the teppanyaki hotplate, cut into small pieces and then put back to the shell and seal by this omelette. Yummy~!! it is just so tasty..
The next dish will be this teppanyaki cod fish and 2 pcs of Juicy XL size scallop for each person. I will avoid any chance to eat any fish after 2 times choked by their bones, even people assured me 101% the fish is boneless, i still dun eat. But i did try this, i have no comment on the cod fish, cause i dun like fish, all kind of fish..  but the scallops are sooooo yummy, i ate it without dipping any sauce~! and it still taste great~!

Then there is this grilled cuttlefish, not many difference from other teppanyaki, i still prefer my grilled IKA...

We were both very full after eating so much.. but it hasn't end yet... next the chef made us the teppanyaki yasai..  Although it taste good, but i can only eat a small portion of it... just too full...

(Beansprout, onion, corn and capsicum)
Next it is the teppanyaki beef, i insist to take this set of 100g beef instead of the 200g Kobe beef, that proven i am right, cause after so many food, even this 50g per person is a burden for us. Here, shifu demo his entertainment skill. the last 2 piece of meat were fly onto our plates, but i am too slow for this action. (sien)

(Medium rare beef)
The last course of this set is the garlic fried rice, cook in front of us...  and of course, it is also added with the funny chef performance, fly cut omelette throwing the egg (Circus style). With a lot of effort from the chef to make us feel entertain and to cook his great masterpiece to us, we really few very sorry for can't finish this garlic rice. If you are a garlic lover, you'll sure love it... but not for me and i am just too full....

My whole dinner there is busy with taking photos and video-ing the performance of the chef.
The sets last with a dessert and fruits. The caramel pudding is too sweet for me.
One last thing to be amazed by this restaurant is their wash room... it is equip with the most high tech toilet spa... surrounded by mirror, the wash sink is a japanese style one (It looks like an old fashion soya bean milk maker for me) and it also has an individual unit air con~!!!!

Overall comment about Ninja jones :
Food : 8/10 (Big compliments to the lobster)
Environment : 10/10 (Very nice decor, clean and cosy enviroment and high tech wash room)
Service : 9/10 (Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Chef)
Price: Above average. For all these foods, our bill is only less than RM250..
